South Asian Music Youth Orchestra (Samyo) is Europe's only South Asian Youth Orchestra and consists of the most talented young performers of the country. The orchestra's repertoire is unique, containing traditional and contemporary compositions based on North and South Indian classical musical traditions.
Samyo presents a compelling mix of beautiful melodies, performed on stunnigly beautiful instruments like sitar, santoor, veena,tabla and mridangam as well as on vocal.
The compositions are created by international meastros like Ganesh & Kumaresh, Pandit Ajoy Chakraborty, Dr Rajeeb Chakraborty and Pandit Debashish Bhattacharya.
